Within your dropshipping account you will find a corresponding order option in the area of "Integration". With the help of our premium interface, we offer you the possibility of transfering orders to us automatically.
You can provide us with your orders either via FTP- or CSV upload. Accordingly, no manual order entry is necessary when using this interface.
Briefly about the procedure: After receipt of your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. After the account or interface has been activated, we will inform you once again (final) and point out your corresponding interface access-data, which you will find in the area of "Account" after setup.
You will find corresponding interface-descriptions (documentation) linked for both upload-options in the course of your order in the menu item "Integration". You can also find them in our confirmation emails.
For the sake of good order, we would like to point out that this interface is not a pure API connection via which you can import our products, for example.

Returns / Cancellations
In Germany, we take back the goods within the legal, statutory time of withdrawal. Shipping costs will not be adopted by us. If the goods arrive back without fault, the buyer will receive the buying price plus shipping costs back.
Outside of Germany but within the EU, we take back the goods within the legal, statutory time of withdrawal. In this case, a share of costs will apply. The shipping costs will be paid for by the buyer while the return costs would be paid by the seller. Therefore, the buyer will receive the buying price + shipping costs back when the item arrives.
Islands are an exception to this rule. Returns coming from islands will not be accepted.
Returns from outside the EU will not be accepted.
Are the goods damaged, we will deduct individual damages from the refund.
We will provide you with two CSV feeds:
The product data feed contains all relevant product data; e.g. description, product ID and more. This feed is being updated every 24 hours.
The stock update feed contains only the product ID and current stock. With this, you can update your stock settings. This feed is updated hourly.

This service is free of charge.
Furthermore we offer another download- or export-function in the area of "Products". You will find the option to select only a limited number of (desired) products in advance, e.g. via the filters "colour" or "category". To mark them afterwards and to download the selected items via "Shopify Feed Export", after clicking on "Start", as a Shopify-compatible csv-file.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding these two export-functions.
After successful downloading our csv-file, pleaes log-in to your account on https://www.shopify.com/. Within the set menu you have to select the category "Products". Then click on the "Import"-button at the top of the page to successfully import our csv-file into your shop by clicking on "Add file".With the help of the "Shopify Help Center" (Shopify itself links to it as an assistance while you are importing products) you will find answers to all relevant questions.
Last but not least, please note that our feed is not suitable for stock updates at the same time. For this purpose, please use the previous feed "Reseller Stock Update", which is also available within "Integration" in our portal.
Unfortunately, cash on delivery as a payment method this is not possible.
Depending on size and weight, the goods will be either send with DPD, UPS or by haulage (Kühne & Nagel, Hellmann).
Furthermore, CLP owns its own vehicle fleet in order to deliver bulky goods (In Germany and Austria only).
Unfortunately, this isn't possible using a general carrier. They will notify you about the delivery time.
If the customer would like to have a specific date, you may write or call your person of contact and enquire about the costs expected.
With deliveries for countries outside the EU import costs, VAT, customs - and handling costs may apply, which will be billed directly to you.
We would like to inform you that we have to include our invoice in packages leaving the EU in order to be cleared by customs. Shipment without an invoice from CLP is, in this case, not possible.
Returns from outside the EU are not accepted.
We charge a net fee of EUR 3.00 per order for this service. This costs are shown accordingly in the order-process.
A large part of the product- and sender data is covered by the neutral sticker before shipping. Please note that due to legal obligations, regarding manufacturer identification on the product, it is not possible for us to deliver entirely in neutral!This option can only be used for parcel-delivery, not for delivery via a forwarding agent. Please refer within the product-details for the corresponding shipping method.
